Press Escape, click on the chat tab, and be sure the CHAT Auto Reject Invitations is not selected. If you are auto-rejecting "chat" invitations, you cannot be invited to a fleet. Select General Settings tab > Inflight section > auto target back: select 0 target. Press the Escape key to go into the game's configuration panel. If you are very new to the game, this setting must be tweaked. If you are new to the game, see the Overview Guide. Players who are very new to the game can and should do the following UI preparations before a fleet forms: You should also scout the other staging areas to assess the strength of enemies in case of PVP.See also Typing commands Pre-fleet checklists
Scouting just your staging system is never sufficient. Players should get used to using capsule self-destruct for the same reason. #Eve echoes ships guide free#
Even when scouting, you will be better off using a free tech-1 frigate (with its civilian afterburner, ~700 m/s) instead of a slow capsule (~200m/s).
Without warping, an afterburner or microwarpdrive is strongly recommended for getting around. Using the "warp to" option in a fleet may work too. For others to use a trap you found, one have to share it as an address in the corporation bookmark. The grav-trap cannot be shared in chat. A logical place may be to group them with stargates. Players may need to adjust their filter settings to show gravity traps (found under "Signal"). On collapse, the ship is ejected to the system where the normal-space gravity trap used to be. Nihilus space pockets collapse after the main area is "finished", at which point a message is periodically displayed showing time to collapse. The deadspace type will feature some waves of enemies much like the second-level deadspace guarding a locket box of lower-tier loot, with the bulk waiting at the "cargo station" linked by the main gate guarding better loot. The ore type will feature low-grade rich ores in the staging area and the main gate would lead to an extremely rich ore belt. In addition, capacitor recharge time is increased according to space level (20% for level 3/4, 30% for 5/6, and vice versa). No gates lead to other staging areas in such a route.) The local chat channel would be disabled, warping is unavailable, normal cloaks (non-covops) are unusable, and any location shared from the inside will be inaccessible from autopilot. (If the outside is where the nihulus system originally spawned from, however, the grav-trap connects instead to a "covert" safe route inaccessible to those coming from other routes. The nihilus system on the other side will be a staging area with a few extra grav-traps: the alphabetized blue "klein well" links to normal space, the (corresponingly) numbered purple "route" to other staging areas, and a purple main gate for going to the actual main system. The wells can both spawn naturally or be artificially induced by gravity well trap modules on outposts. The level of the space (as indicated by the gate) will restrict the size ( not tech level) of vessels going in: for example, a level 4 gate will only accept ships no bigger than destroyers. The traps can be discovered by wide resonance scanners, and look like purple stargates when viewed up close.
Nihilus Space are connected to the outside, "normal" space through gravity traps. All systems in the N-space start with the designation "EI". These systems work similarly to the Wormhole space of EVE Online, and can be seen as their Echoes counterpart.

The Nihilus Space refers to a collection of temporary systems introduced in the Exploration Update of June 2021.
